HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES ANNOUNCED
As we approach for the end of 2023, we have outlined our delivery cut-offs to have your orders received by December 22nd below. All order are to be received by 11:59pm AEST on your elected cut off day.
Please note, the dates provided above are for items posted to/from metro locations. If you are sending from outside a metro area, we recommend posting even earlier.

International sending cut-off dates vary depending on destination and the chosen delivery service. Please contact us for country-specific information.
Overseas deliveries may be affected by factors that are beyond our control such as customs delays, overseas postal disruptions or force majeure. We recommend sending as early as you can.
DOMESTIC
Local Shipping
For orders shipped within Australia, we offer complimentary express shipping when you spend $200.
We offer $15 flat-rate Standard shipping and $20 flat-rate Express shipping nationwide.
This excludes our made-to-order pieces, which are shipped with a courier partner at an additional cost.
Click & Collect
We offer Local Pickup as an option at checkout, exclusive to our Extinct Store.
Collection times are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm from our Extinct Store at 585 Elizabeth Street, Redfern NSW 2016.
All orders are processed within twenty-four hours, excluding weekends.
We will send a secondary confirmation that your order is marked ready to pick-up, which notifies you that your pieces can now be collected.
INTERNATIONAL
International Shipping
For International shipments, we use Australia Post shipping partners, with postage fees supplied in real-time at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Dinosaur Designs has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

SHIPPING FAQ
Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one to three business days. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra one to two days for your order to be processed and dispatched during, promotions, launches and over holiday periods.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are supplied at checkout and are estimates. Delivery times do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs holds.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping email confirmation to help trace your order, with the tracking information provided. For a real-time update, you can use our Live Chat.
Gift Services
Every unique Dinosaur Designs piece ordered is carefully and professionally gift wrapped. Personalised gift notes can be included with your order, simply enter the message at checkout.
Sustainability
As we continue to reduce our environmental footprint, we make great efforts to keep up with recent packaging innovations to limit waste and ensure we are following the most sustainable practices. Each Dinosaur Designs order is packed with extreme care in our Sydney studio, using FSC®-certified protective paper packaging solutions that are shock-absorbent, biodegradable and recyclable. Each box is sealed with recyclable kraft paper tape and is sent with Climate Action Carbon Neutral Certified shipping partners, to ensure all orders arrive safely with minimal impact on our Earth.

RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
Pieces may be returned to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of receiving.
Online returns can be lodged via our Returns Portal or returned in one of our signature stores with proof of purchase.
