MOULDING PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Sydney Studio

We are looking for a new Warehouse Jewellery Coordinator in our Sydney Studio.


Working as part of our warehouse team you will be responsible for ensuring all our jewellery is processed into our physical warehouse and stock management system in a timely and efficient manner, monitoring stock levels and ensuring that our stores and stockists receive jewellery in order to maximise sales.

Your main responsibilities and activities will include:

  • Stock adjusting all resin jewellery into our stock management system, giving quality feedback to production when needed. Preparing tags for other warehouse staff to assist with tagging.
  • Running stock on hand reports to create jewellery needs lists. Accurately picking and securely packing the stock. Filling in the Online needs list as required.
  • Responding to all jewellery requests / enquiries from the stores.
  • QC of incoming jewellery deliveries, noting and sending supplier feedback on should issues arise. Returning rejected stock and overseeing metal QC when being performed by other warehouse staff.
  • Setting up new colourways for existing resin jewellery items as they arrive in the warehouse.
  • Organising and managing warehouse jewellery storage, classic and new ranges.
  • Picking new collection jewellery deliveries as directed by Head of Sales, VM or Warehouse Manager.

MOULDING PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Sydney Studio

We are looking for a new Mould Maker in our Sydney Studio.

Working with our Moulding Supervisor you will be working at the intersection where our Development team meets production.

The moulding department is responsible for ensuring our moulds maintain the integrity of the initial design while creating the multiple moulds needed for production while looking for ways to reduce time taken to cast and sand each piece.

Your main responsibilities and activities will include:

  • Create both jewellery and homewares moulds as directed by the Moulding Supervisor
    Label all moulds clearly with the exact product name and date of manufacture
  • Update the tally on our Workings Program (or equivalent) of all moulds completed
  • Follow up the progress of your products ensuring the mould is in good working condition and the product is coming through production correctly. Keep in mind any changes to the designs and moulds that may be required to produce a better result
  • Replace deteriorating moulds for production as directed by the moulding supervisor
    Destroy any superseded moulds that may be confused with the replacement or final mould
  • Advise Moulding Supervisor of all materials and supplies you require, taking care to minimize unnecessary waste and expense
  • Ensure masters used for moulding are in perfect condition and seek advice as to improvements where necessary

This is a fulltime position.
