We are welcoming applications to join Dinosaur Designs, an internationally renowned name in design, as we approach our 40th anniversary in 2025. We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our flagship location in Sydney’s prestigious Strand Arcade, continuing the store's 35 year history.
In this pivotal role, you will lead our Strand Arcade store team by inspiring and motivating staff, driving sales performance and upholding our exceptional standards of customer service and store presentation.

What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated expertise in fashion or design retail management, with a history of surpassing sales goals and nurturing small, dedicated teams to achieve excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and inspiring your team
- Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Building customer rapport and maintaining strong customer loyalty
- Expertise in retail operations, including reporting, KPIs, rostering and stock management

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Sydney Studio
Dinosaur Designs are seeking Production Assistants within our Production departments in our Sydney Studio, on a part-time or full-time basis.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Perform all required tasks associated in your department under the direction of the Production Managers and Supervisors
- Prioritize work adhering to deadlines for wholesale and Bespoke orders, as well as inventory for our signature and online stores.
- Maintain accurate communication of progress and any foreseeable problems or delays
- Assess all pieces during the relevant stage of production for faults
- Assist with the daily cleaning and maintenance of production workshops.
- Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety requirements, Studio and Company Policy procedures in the various work areas of the studio
- Comply with OH&S requirements ensuring correct protection is worn at all times
- Be active, as the role may have physical demands; heavy-lifting, working on your feet and repetitive activities.
