About

Dinosaur Designs is currently seeking experienced Casual Retail Associates to join our Brisbane team, working across our James Street and QueensPlaza store locations.

A passion for fashion, design, and exceptional customer service is essential, as you will be assisting customers with styling and sales to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Love retail, jewellery, homewares and people.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Have an eye for detail and enjoy maintaining product displays.
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to understand and embrace our company philosophy.
  • Be passionate about art and design.

To succeed in this role, you will

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in fashion, design or beauty retail, ideally in a high-end or luxury environment
  • A mature, confident approach when engaging with clients
  • A strong sense of personal style and polished presentation
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team
