Each of our pieces are handmade and individually finished by our specialist makers, forming detailed, sculptural shapes. Due to this, each piece may vary in size, weight and texture, as this reflects the individual and handmade nature of our pieces and should be embraced.

Care

Resin is strong and durable but should be treated as a ceramic. Just like ceramic it can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. Dinosaur Designs is not responsible for breakages that result from pieces being dropped or knocked or that are damaged due to general wear and tear. To restore sheen to your jewellery, simply apply moisturiser. To keep your polished resin jewellery in great condition, wipe with a clean, dry cloth.

Online orders are dispatched from our Sydney studio and are processed within 1-3 business days.

Carbon Neutral shipping via Australia Post, or Click & Collect services available from our Sydney studio, Tuesday-Sunday.

Bespoke collection pieces available for pre-order are handmade to order in our Sydney studio. Some pieces in our Bespoke collection may be ready-to-ship at time of purchase. In this event, your order will be promptly fulfilled within our standard processing times. All Bespoke pieces are delivered via our partner courier service.

Returns

This piece may be returned for store credit or exchange to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition. Simply return via our Returns Portal to access your returns label or visit us in one of our signature store locations within 30 days of receiving your order.
