Where available as ready-to-ship your order will be promptly fulfilled within our standard processing times. Alternatively, there is an 12-15 week lead time when pre-order is selected due to the handmade nature of our process and small batch production.

SHIPPING

Bespoke orders, once ready-to-ship, are dispatched from our Sydney studio and are processed within 1-7 business days. Your piece will be couriered with our carrier partner. International shipping available within Asia, Africa and Oceania only.

HANDMADE VARIATION

Each Extra Large Modern Tribal Platter is crafted with care in Sydney, using resin casting techniques developed over decades by our studio. Natural variations in size, weight and finish are a testament to the handmade process and should be embraced.

BESPOKE RETURNS POLICY

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for store credit or exchange to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of receiving. Pre-order and made-to-order purchases considered as final sale and are ineligable for return.

Each Bespoke piece is made by hand in our Sydney studio to order, passing through many hands before reaching you. As each Bespoke piece is over-sized, they are a true testament to the studio’s technical ability, as they each push the boundaries of scale and craftsmanship.
