About the Online Store
All our products are made with love in our studio in Sydney, Australia. Each piece is hand made and therefore slightly unique. We ensure that images shown in the online store are as close as possible to the items supplied but it is inevitable that due to the handmade nature of items, there will be slight variations in size and colour. The same is true of the products stocked in our retail stores - these items frequently vary in size and colour to those in the online store. We feel this is part of what makes our products special and we hope you think so too.
Perfect for gifts
All items bought from the Dinosaur Designs online store are professionally gift wrapped. You can also add a gift card with a customised message free of charge, simply add a note when you place your order and we will enclose with the gift.

Our returns and warranty policy is listed below. Please read this carefully before purchasing from Dinosaur Designs.
Unfulfilled Orders
If because of the handmade nature of our products we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know within two days.
International Orders
Are you delivering overseas or get this Paypal error 'Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to'?
Paypal displays this message if you have entered a delivery address in a different country to the one you registered with your Paypal account.

Our Products
All items are hand made in Australia and will vary slightly in size, colour and pattern to those visible in the online store. We do not issue exchanges due to any of these variations or for change of mind. All items are sized as accurately as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made by emailing online@dinosaurdesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods.
We can only exchange with other items from the online store.
No Credit notes can be issued.
Please note the we cannot offer exchange on earrings due to health and safety reasons. No exceptions.
Returns
Returns can be made by emailing online@dinosaurdesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving faulty goods. Items will be replaced or exchanged. Dinosaur Designs does not issue refunds Any exchanges returned to us without prior warning will be rejected and returned to sender.
Please note no exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st July 2000. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are implemented.
