Welcome to the Dinosaur Designs online store
Our online store stocks a selection of jewellery and home wares from our current collections along with a selection of our most popular classic designs.
All of our products are made with love in our studio in Sydney. Due to the handmade nature of our designs, each product is slightly unique in shape and colour. We feel this is part of what makes our products special and we hope you think so too. We ensure that the images shown online are as close as possible to the items supplied however it is inevitable that there will be slight variations in colour and size to those displayed online. To prevent any disappointment we encourage you to contact us at online@dinosaurdesigns.com.au prior to placing your order if you are concerned about colour or size.
Security
When purchasing from Dinosaur Designs you can be sure we consider the security of your financial details to be of paramount importance. For this reason we use PayPal as our merchant gateway. Its industry leading fraud prevention keeps you safe and secure. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Placing your order
In the online store, our product categories are listed in the menu panel at the top of the screen. Product categories are often longer than one page which can be navigated by clicking the page numbers located at the bottom left of the page.
By clicking on a particular product you will be able to view the product in more detail. Many of our products are available in more than one colour, which may be viewed by clicking on the colour squares underneath the main image.
To add a product to your shopping basket click ADD TO CART underneath the product description. You will be redirected to your SHOPPING CART where you can view the product you have selected. Once you are ready to checkout select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, at which time you will be redirected to log in or create an account. You may return to your shopping cart by clicking YOUR ACCOUNT on the top right of the page then CHANGE above your shopping cart summary.
Dispatch
Domestic and International orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel and are normally dispatched within 1 to 5 days of order placement. Our current scheduled dispatch days are Monday, Tuesday & Friday.
A minimal packaging fee is applied to all orders. Domestic purchases will incur GST. We will advise our customers within two days if goods are not available.
Online Returns Policy
We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchase when it arrives. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly organise an exchange with any other products available on the online store, or provide you with a gift voucher should you wish to visit one of our retail stores.
If you wish to make an exchange please email online@dinosaurdesigns.com.au so that we may provide you with authorisation to be returned with the product within 14 days of receivership. In the event that your product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable and therefore recommend that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post. Postage costs incurred is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note we cannot offer exchange on earrings due to health and safety reasons.
