Current days of operation: Monday - Friday.


Dispatch

Domestic and International orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel and are normally dispatched within 1 to 5 days of order placement. Our current scheduled dispatch days are Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

Domestic purchases will incur GST. We will advise our customers within two days if goods are not available.

Domestic Postage Options

Australia Post commences parcel delivery at 7am and is generally completed by 5pm. For the security of your order, we request signature on delivery. An attempt will be made to deliver the parcel personally. However, if there is no one in attendance at the address at the time of delivery a notification card will be placed in the addressee's letterbox informing them of local Australia Post outlet where the parcel is available for collection.

AusPOST Express Post Parcel:
Next business day delivery once dispatched within the Express Post Network

Please be aware that selecting the Express Post option during checkout will not speed up the dispatch process. However, we encourage you to provide details during checkout so that we can try and assist you with short deadlines.

International Postage Options:

International orders are sent via Air Mail providing reliable delivery to over 200 countries. You may select one of two international shipping methods:

AusPOST International Air:

3-10 business days*
No tracking available


AusPOST International Air (Insured):
2-5 business days*
Priority handling, basic tracking & signature on delivery.

*delivery time may vary depending on shipping destination & customs inspection.

Customs

If you are placing an international order you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Export Restrictions

None of the Dinosaur Designs' products are currently subject to any export restrictions.

Delays/Lost Deliveries

We aim for customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once your order has left our studio. To provide you the best possible service, all domestic postal services are trackable. We are only able to track international orders sent via insured airmail. Delivery of orders sent by standard airmail are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services.
