Our Products
All items are hand made in Australia and will vary slightly in size, colour and pattern to those visible in the online store. We do not issue exchanges due to any of these variations. All items are sized as accurately as possible.
We professionally gift-wrap all of our orders. You can also add a gift card with a customised message free of charge, simply tick the "gift" box during checkout and add your personalised message.
Shipping Information
Goods will be shipped using Australia Post and normally sent within 1 to 2 business days. We use regular mail and cannot arrange special delivery or collection of items. Domestic purchases will incur GST. We will advise our customers within two days if goods are not available.
We can not track International Air parcels.
Shipping times:
Australia standard: 2 - 4 business days
Australia express: 1 - 2 days (usually next day delivery if order is placed before 11am)
International standard: 4 - 10 business days
International express: 2 - 5 business days
Exchanges
Dinosaur Designs does NOT issue refunds. Exchanges can be made by emailing online@dinosaurdesigns.com.au within 14 days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value minus postage cost.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on earrings due to health and safety reasons. No exceptions.

Export Restrictions / Customs
None of the Dinosaur Designs' products are currently subject to any export restrictions. All taxes and duties including customs excises and import taxes are the customer's responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import.

Dinosaur Designs will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
