Store Manager – Strand Arcade Store
As one of Australia’s premier design brands, we are now looking for an experienced, stylish, and responsible Store Manager to run our busy Strand Arcade store.
Working directly to the Retail Manager, you’ll be excellent at sales and be able to motivate, train and supervise a young and creative team of people.
As Store Manager you’ll be committed to the highest quality of customer service, love jewellery and homewares and inspire our customers with your ability to accessorise. You’ll be responsible for the performance of the store, visual merchandising, rostering staff and OH&S.
Retail and visual merchandising experience is essential and management experience preferred.

Casual Retail Associate
Are you passionate about art and design? One of Australia’s top design companies, Dinosaur Designs, is looking for a Casual Retail Associate for our Paddington store.

We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and confident individual with visual awareness and an understanding of art and design who can communicate with passion, knowledge and intelligence with our customers. Previous experience in a retail environment or similar field with direct customer contact is essential. You should also have a demonstrated ability to engage with and respond to people with a high degree of product knowledge, honesty and integrity and inspire our customers.
The successful candidate will poses outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to understand and embrace our company philosophy and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You must be available to work weekdays, Tuesdays are essential.

Production Manager
Dinosaur Designs, one of Australia’s top design companies is looking for a Production Manager to lead and inspire the team in our expanding Sydney based workshop.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will;
• Innovate new production methods that add value and efficiency to our established production department’s policies and procedures
• Provide new ways of thinking to how we produce our products
• Improve workflow
• Have experience of capacity management
• Provide detailed monthly management reports
• Have a proven ability to inspire, lead and nurture a team of 20+
• Be happy to roll up their sleeves to gain hands-on knowledge of the day-to-day running of our jewellery and home wares production facility
• Oversee the management of OH&S policies within the department

Production Associate (Jewellery/Homewares Sanding)
One of Australia’s best loved brands, Dinosaur Designs, is looking for an experienced, reliable and responsible full time Production Associate (Jewellery/Homewares Sanding) to join our expanding Sydney workshop. Reporting to the Sanding Production Supervisor and Production Manager, you’ll be working alongside our other team members to create Dinosaur Designs’ signature pieces.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with sanding/drilling machinery, preferably within a hands-on production environment where both quality of product and quantity of output are important.
You’ll have:
